Jane Smith, Parent of inpatient at Bristol Childrens Hospital

"The mural project gave us a rare opportunity to simply be together as a family and do something enjoyable during an otherwise difficult time. For an hour or so, we weren't thinking about hospital life – we were just creating.

Being part of such a large artwork made us feel connected to something bigger than ourselves, and it's lovely knowing that future families will be able to enjoy a space that we helped bring to life."
